These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Certqube (the "Service"), an online certification exam-preparation platform. By creating an account, registering an institute, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so.
Certqube provides practice questions, full-length exam simulations, spaced-repetition review, drag-and-drop practice, readiness analytics, and related tools for individual learners and for training institutes managing cohorts of students. The Service is a study aid only. It does not administer official certification exams and does not issue certifications.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Institute administrators are responsible for the users they create and for obtaining any necessary consent from those users.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach security, reverse-engineering, scraping content in bulk, reselling access without authorisation, or uploading unlawful or infringing material. Institutes are responsible for ensuring content they upload does not infringe third-party rights.
Certqube and its original content remain the property of Certqube and its licensors. Content you upload remains yours; you grant Certqube a limited licence to host and display it to deliver the Service to your users.
PMP and PMBOK are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI). Other certification names are the marks of their respective owners. Certqube is an independent exam-preparation provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PMI or any other certification body.
We work hard to prepare you, but we do not guarantee that you will pass any exam. Readiness scores are indicative estimates, not predictions of official results.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certqube's aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Certain provisions (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
