This Privacy Policy explains how Certqube ("we") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our certification exam-preparation platform (the "Service").
Each institute is a separate tenant. Learners and staff only see data within their own institute. Individual (direct) learners are kept separate from institute data.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform (for example, cloud hosting and email delivery), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these, contact us at privacy@certqube.com. If your data is managed by an institute, we may direct your request to that institute as the controller.
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport, hashed passwords, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to incidents.
We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use advertising cookies.
The Service is intended for adults preparing for professional certifications and is not directed at children under 16.
We may update this Policy from time to time and will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email.
